I purchased four tickets for spring awakening concert and I payed $580. I received an email that I received tickets so I checked outside that day and tickets were not there. The email said they were delivered on Tuesday by ups but I didn't receive anything. I waited until Friday to see if they would get to my house but they didn't. I called stub hub on Monday to tell them about situation and they told me that I couldn't get a reprint on tickets I never got and I couldn't get a refund of my money. Now I lost $580 and I don't get to go to concert! I'm very upset with this I want a refund for my money or at least new tickets. The only thing I got offered was a coupon to buy tickets again and pay again for tickets I never received! Never again will I buy tickets from stub hub worst experienced. And all representatives tell you different solutions and then they basically just say oh well and I don't get a solution.
