Incorrect billing

I'm experiencing problems for the past 4 months with the billing of my account. Every month the amount differs. This month I had to pay R50 extra for reconnection but the dish WAS NOT DISCONNECTED. Proof of payment was also sent to them the day my account was paid. Everytime when you phone the call centre people have another exuse. Why cant this account be sorted out. Yesterday the lady said my dish was disconnect in Nov for non-payment but the account was paid. When explaining to her that the account was paid she said Multichoice couldnt pick up the payment for November. I told her the proof was faxed 10 times to Multichoice to make sure they received the proof. I'm disabled and have no income. I can't pay a different amount every month due to neglegance of Multichoice not picking up payment even if the money was made by EFT and proof was sent to them. Please help me with the problem.
