Refer to my previous complaint regarding my experience at your Rosebank zone cinema on 23 November. I received the standard response that you put on Hello Peter for all complaints against Ster Kinekor -
"Thank you for reporting this. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Your complaint has been forwarded to the relevant department who will revert back to you soon.
Well, how long does it take for the relevant department to respond - There has been no response at all a week and a half later...?
