Complaint / review text:
How can Ster Kinekor claim to say that they respond to complaints. Its the same copy-and-paste answer:
"Thank you for reporting this. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Your complaint has been forwarded to the relevant department who will revert back to you soon. Regards, Ster-Kinekor"
The fact is that nobody from "the relevant department" has bothered, which validates my opinion that they don't give a about their patronage. How many others have got a response?
