Last night we went to the Prestige cinema in the zone and I had a broken chair which did not retract back properly and was twisted to the side, I sat contorted for 2 and a half hours, if i wanted to sit uncomfortably I would have booked an normal cinema. When raising this with the staff, I was told the cinema was fully booked and they were sorry, but upon leaving there were several seats open, is this the service we can expect from Ster-Kinekor??? I would like my money back... Please can someone contact me.
