Complaint / review text:
On 21 July 2014 I booked tickets at Ster-Kinekor prestige to watch the movie, Bad Neighbours. Due to a system glitch, your system over booked this movie and another movie. We could not watch this movie at Prestige but where given tickets to use at any other time. This tickets did not have an expiry date and could be used at any movie including prestige.
When I went in to claim my prestige tickets on 6th January 2015, I was told that these tickets cannot be used for prestige movies, because it was stamped Imax.
I was also informed that the lady who issued these tickets has left Ster-Kinekor.
What do I do?
