Complaint / review text:
I have been struggling to get thru to the customer number and after completing two complaint forms, there is no submit button. So this is just adding fuel to my complaint. I went online last night 20.01.2015 to book 5 tickets to watch Taken 3. I was no less than 5 min on your webpage, when my page closed. So I could not get back to selecting my seats. (I am trying to keep my cool whiles typing this) So off I rushed to Ster-Kinekor in Blue Route. Where I had to book tickets again, and select seats I was NOT HAPPY with. As my seats I previously selected was not available, because I ALREADY booked it. So after explaining to 4 different people I still had no assistance. I went in after wasting my time and upsetting my fellow movie goers.in the mean while, my original seats was still NOT TAKEN, as their where mine, but was just told, sorry, its booked, YES by me. I thought fine, I won't let this spoilt my movie, just to make matters even worse, my tickets cost was R153.50 and when I got home I show on my bank notification, Ster-Kinekor swiped for R185.50. This just got me so upset. So kindly answer your phones and sort out your staff.
