Incorrect debit date

Hi am highly upset this morning with DSTV, in December month i called in to the call centre to day that im getting paid early on the 19th please change my debit date, good everything. Now in January I called in again to say please change my debit back to 27th of January as my pay date is back to normal. I spoke to one of the consultants I asked twice are you sure that no debit order will run of my account as I have a cheque account and the charges are up to R140.00 on unpaid, he assured me no debit orders will go of the 19th Jan and has been set 27th of January and an extra fee will be added to debit or changing the debit. He said it would amount to R373.32 I agreed. On the 19th here the debit order goes of UNPAID on my account I leave it not making a big fuss thinking its a system error. Sunday morning I wake the DSTV has been disconnected and i need to pay a re-activation fee and another R78.00 fee no fee. I will not pay reactivation fee, please reconnect the DSTV and let the debit order go of as it has been going for the past year and a half, I have never ever had an unpaid
