From the beginning of January up until now I have been unable to pick up signal on my DSTV and therefore I cannot watch DSTV. I have called Multichoice call centre numerous times and they have been unable to help and I have gone into DSTV in Randburg and they cant assist. I even arranged for an accredited DSTV installer to have a look at the problem and they didn't even know how to fix it. Please cancel my DSTV subscription, WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. I am not going to waste my money paying for a service that I cannot use! I have instructed my bank to stop all Mutichoice debit orders from the end of January 2015 going forward. Thank you.
