Complaint / review text:
I ordered two tickets to James Taylor concert in Tulsa, Oklahoma, (Brady Theatre) on 5/4/09. I was specifically enticed to purchase these two tickets by designation as aisle seats (at approximately 3-4 times face value) with specific reasons for desiring aisle seats. Every piece of documentation I have as well as StubHub's admission describes my purchased seats as aisle seats. However, they refused to rectify the situation and I am stuck with seats not on the aisle. I feel I have been defrauded and cannot trust the representations made on the StubHub website and would advise other potential customers to proceed with caution. My understanding of their policy would allow me to offer tickets to any venue as aisle seats to entice a higher selling price and then default on my promise and send similar tickets in the same row but not on the aisle. I would never have purchased these seats without the aisle designation. I am out $621.93, not to mention several hours in wasted time attempting to rectify the situation, as well as emotional distress in being defrauded.
