Complaint / review text:
Do not use vivid seats ever!!! I NEVER write bad reviews and I use third parties often to buy tickets to events.
I feel a strong desire to write about my experience in hopes that other people won't have the same experience I did. I purchased Maroon5 tickets for my husband as a gift. We had been looking forward to the concert for months. I received the electronic tickets promptly.
We went to the concert venue, tickets scanned in fine, got to our seats to find that our tickets were FRAUDULENT DUPLICATE TICKETS. Long story short, we had to be escorted out of the venue and miss the concert since that was the venue's policy. IT WAS AWFUL!!! I spent $450 for tickets and now we're asked to leave.
Of course we called Vivid since this was clearly less than their bogus 100% satisfaction guarantee. The worst customer service "supervisor" KASSANDRA MERCADO was not apologetic and only offered me my money back. No explanation of how or why this happened and no guarantee that it wouldn't happen again. Oh, but to make me feel better, they gave me a "promo" code to use on future orders.
Nice. I will NEVER use this company again.
