Booking through the Ster Kinekor site should prove to be an easier alternative to standing in long queues to book tickets. However after buying 6 tickets online we arrive at the cinema only to find that our seats were double booked and management can do nothing to resolve it. Seats booked were B13-B18 and due to the poor service, lack of understanding and simply pathetic management skill, we had to be further inconvenienced and seated in the A row. No apologies, no solutions, just that they double booked. How the can you double book seats that were booked and paid for more than 24 hours before the commencement of the movie. If this is the type of service being provided at Ster Kinekor, then I would rather wait for the blu ray to be released, atleast then I am guaranteed to be satisfied. Needless to say, I will never be visiting any of the Ster Kinekor branches ever again, and will encourage all of my friends and family to save themselves the trouble of being embarrassed and inconvenienced and just give it a skip altogether. This complaint will also be taken to the highest level at the Carnival City entertainment complaints handler.
