Complaint / review text:
I booked 2 tickets on the 12th Feb at the Prestige cinema at Gateway. The seat I sat on was broken and did not recline, neither did it have the headrest cloth meaning they knew it was broken. I booked Prestige mainly for the luxury of the reclining seat which costs way more than the normal cinema ticket price. I paid a high price for normal cinema experience.
I emailed a complained on the 13th Feb. On the 17th of Feb i got an email saying someone will contact me within 48 hours.
Here i am 6 days later and nobody has got back to me yet.
This is unacceptable customer service!!
