I want to cancel my DSTV but I can't do it on the self service and the call centre IVR doesn't give me options to do so, then drops my call. So your plan is to keep clients by preventing them from requesting cancellation.
To solve my problem, I will use this record to refer to if you don't terminate my DSTV immediately as requested here. Please contact me only to notify me that the account is closed.
