Complaint / review text:
Well, not surprisingly we haven't had a response from Ster Kinekor after using several of their customer service channels. I also see that they barely reply to their complaints here on HelloPeter. I would suggest the be removed from the listo of "Companies who respond". To qualify for this list you need to constantly tend to your complaints, unlike what you are doing now.
So, I will put out my complaint below again, perhaps I get through by the grace of a miracle!
We received vouchers when we went to watch 50 Shades of Grey as the power went out and the cinema didn't have power.
We returned the next weekend to redeem our vouchers. We entered the movie theater and noticed quite a few problems. Firstly, there was rubbish strewn all over the cinema, and nothing was cleaned. We went to one of the cinema attendants to report the issue, and his reply to us was "it's not my problem". We then decided to go to the manager and complain about the employee and the dirty cinema.
Eventually they sent in a cleaner 20 minutes into the movie. We were asked to move no less than twice, which interrupted our movie.
We feel the Ster-Kinekor management and staff we're not helpful at all!
