So I purchased two Season Full Season Pass tickets for the 2015 Dallas Cowboys. I was looking to two seats together. I found two seat and purchased the season tickets. When I was looking for the section and seating on the Stadium map, they were not there. So I contacted StubHud and gave then my seat number and row, come to find out they are standing seats!!! So I explained that I purchased seats and that it was disclosed on my invoice. The Manger stated that, you don't have seats and the number and row disclosed on General Admissions number is just for inventory control. There is no seat and row in this section. So I explained I was not properly disclosed and I want a ful refund. The manger stated you can just resell the tickets and get some of your money back. We I stated I will contact my credit card company and get my refund, because I don't have seats and not disclosed proper manner. The Seller know they are General Admissions but just put a ROW and Seat number. The Manger also stated that I will be blacklisted and will not be able to use Stubhub services. And why should I want to sell misleading tickets!!! The Seller should have listed them as General Admissions not with Seats and Rows, come on StubHub were is your professionalism, and Google really owns this company!!!
