Beware of the Stubhub Mobile App. I placed a sell order for my parking pass last week later that day. I used the Stubhub Mobile app to reduce the price by approximately 20%. About an hour later my ticket was sold for 45% less that I had changed it to. I contacted Stubhub to find out how this accrued and was told that they would have their Tech people look into this. I wanted the sale to be voided but was told that if I didn't deliver the tickets that I would be penalized 20% of the selling price.
With this information I delivered the ticket and waited for the Tech department to get back to me. About a week later I was informed that there was no error on their part and that there were subsequently three changes made within an hour. I asked for proof from their Tech Dept and was told that I would receive it within 48 hours. Later that evening I received a call from Stubhub informing me that they could not legally release the information to me and that I was to just believe them. I find it very suspicious that they would not send me this information. Are they hiding something.
