Complaint / review text:
I purchased two $150 theater tickets through StubHub that I can prove with my receipt. However, when I presented my printed tickets at the venue, I realized that they had been substituted with $64 tickets (farthest back row of the upper balcony). When the usher saw my surprise, she said, "You used StubHub didn't you? Ugh, this happens all the time, but you're lucky the seats on your ticket exist - they often don't. There really should be a class action suit against them." If this were an isolated incident, then I would let it go and consider it an honest mistake; however, based on the usher's remarks and all of the similar complaints online, this seems deliberate and systematic.
