Complaint / review text:
I tried to order 3 tickets to take my little boy to see one direction. I found tickets, the site then asked me for my bank details. I was then directed to a page that said 'sorry these tickets are no longer available. Click here to find more tickets.' So I immediately did. Again I was directed to a page that said 'sorry these tickets are no longer available. Click here to find more tickets.' I gave up and went to another website. I woke the next morning to find 2 emails from stubhub.co.uk congratulating me on my 2 orders, 6 tickets in total!!! I have contacted them and they said they sent me an email just before I put the second order in, but why would I check my emails before my second attempt to buy when they said I had bought nothing. It seems their website sets buyers up to fail and spend huge amounts of money on duplicate orders. Thank you.
