I purchased tickets from Ticketsnow.com for an event for my daughter. The reason I chose the tickets that I did is that they had a very specific shipping date. Around the time of the pending shipping date listed on the website and in the confirming email that I received when I purchased the tickets, I sent an inquiry as to when I might expect the tickets because you have to be home to sign for the tickets. I received the response that I would not be receiving the tickets until the week of the event. This is completely not acceptable. They refused to address the issue of the shipping date listed in the purchase offer and they are very sorry. Sorry is not going to work if my daughter misses the event and I am out almost $500 as a result. There are not only tickets involved, but transportation, lodging, all purchased and arranged based on their representation of when the tickets would be shipped.
