Complaint / review text:
I've been playing Star Wars The Old Republic as a free to play game. I decided to move to preferred status per swtor.com/free/features advertisement to receive some pretty decent in game perks. I bought some cartel coins and was told in game that I was now a Preferred player and would receive perks. Well I haven't seen any of these perks that I was supposed to get. 2 hours of customer service time on the phone left me with "we cant do anything about that".
So, in short. Customer Service for this game is terrible.
They dont provide what was advertized.
I wouldnt advise anyone do business with them.
