Complaint / review text:
I ordered a Carrie Underwood ticket weeks ago. My account was charged for them. I received a call from a representative confirming my shipping address and advising me that the tickets were to be shipped.
I wait and wait... No tickets. I check the status online and it says processing and gives me a date of shipping closer and closer to the concert date. Ok I'm getting nervous now. I placed 4 calls to Tickets My Way over the last week and got an answering machine all three times. I left a message all three times. No call back.
Today, I finally get through to a person and she tells me the ticket is not available and that my account has been credited the amount of the ticket. This is extremely unacceptable!!! I was not contacted at all!!!
I inform the woman on the phone that the concert is tonight and I had no idea I didn't have a ticket. She calmly said she apologizes, but there is nothing she can do.
So, let's sum this up... Sold out concert; purchased a ticket from Tickets My Way; paid for the ticket; confirmed my shipping address and account information for the ticket to be shipped; was informed the ticket was being shipped; no ticket; called and called and called; no return call; still no ticket; check the status online says "processing"; um... No ticket; i'm freaking out because i have a friend coming from out of town expecting to go to that concert; oh wait... No ticket; finally get to talk to a person; "ticket is not available"; WHAT??? ; I was not notified; "there's nothing we can do"; you have got to be kidding me??? ; "sorry"; ya, I'll bet.
So a word of advice... If you want to get tickets online... Do Not and I repeat; Do Not go through Tickets My Way. I'm steamed!!!
