Complaint / review text:
I ordered tickets for a Jeff Dunham concert and paid $300. A week before the event I hadn't received the tickets and called to find out what happened.
They told me the tickets were not available and that I could apply for a refund online.
After applying for the refund, and numerous calls to their office, it is two months later I'm still waiting for my money and cannot get ahold of anyone at their office.
I've reported them to our local Consumer Protection Agency and also to our newspaper who will be doing an expose on them.
