Complaint / review text:
I called by phone and order three tickets for a performance of the
Ringling Barnum and Bailey Circus. The performance was on Sunday the 19th of January 2014.
I ordered the tickets a week before the performance and was on the phone for over thirty minutes explaining my request to the young lady on the phone. I advised I did not want nose bleed level seats and I had a small child and wanted easy access.
We got there to pick up our tickets at and we literally had to go up 5 level to reach our seat, when we got there the drop to reach our seats was extremely to step and we were not able to sit in our assigned seats. I paid close to $90.00 for these seats and I am very displeased with the out come.
