In my experience, whenever I have rented from Redbox, I am not always diligent about getting the movie back before the 9pm cutoff, but when I am, I expect NOT to get charged for an additional night. It seems that I always do, however. I understand the price of renting with Redbox is low, but I am tired of paying double for a service out of principle. And, after reading all the comments posted here, it sounds to me like unfairly charging people is a common business practice with Redbox. I think I will be finding a new way to rent movies and stay away from Redbox.
