Complaint / review text:
I have deduced that Ster-Kinekor truly does not value their customers. I have now laid 3 complaints through, and two via their complaints section on their website. To this day no feedback was givn.
I will be going to the Consumer Board if I do not receive any feedback after this complaint, as this is unruly business operations. I paid for a service and a certain standard at your theaters, and you did not deliver. I am within my rights to take this to court should this complaint be ignored and you make no attempt to resolve this matter.
Should you wish to follow up, the reference number I had received was 28762.
Once again, this is probably the worst customer service I have encountered in my entire life. Even the government does a better job at supplying feedback, and it most certainly doesn't take them a month to respond!
