I have been a customer of DSTV for 8 years now. I still have my very first decoder that I received 8 years ago. I have NEVER upgraded. Someone told me to apply for DPP. I sent my first sms through on17/03/15 and again on 19/03/15. I only received a phone call on 20/03/15. The lady that helped me said I must apply and it takes 2 working days for the results. Only 9 WORKING days later they phoned me only to tell me that I was declined...in the meanwhile I kept on sending my DPP sms just to get some way of making contact with someone at DSTV but still NO LUCK! I sent a mail of complaint through on 02/04/15 and to date have STILL NOT HEARD ANYTHING-NO RESPONSE!!! How can u decline me if I have been with you guys for 8 years and NEVER MISSED a payment? This will also be the first time in 8 YEARS that I will UPGRADE. They also insisted on me to re-instate my debit order before applying, which I did and with NO FAIL the debit order went off last night 07/04/15. You are quick to take my money but absolutely fail in customer service! Seriously disgusted in multichoice, dstv and all the staff that was in contact with me during this period!!! Will not recommend you to anyone!!! All this for r99 more pm!!
