Complaint / review text:
We applied for a DSTV explorer decoder on the 30th of March 2015. Multichoice phoned and confirmed everything, and the deal was approved. 9 days later no reply - we phoned the call center to find out what is going on. No body could tell me where or what was going on and according to the call center they logged a report on their system. "Somebody will contact you". We contacted the Call Center on the 9th of April again, again the same story - they will contact you within 24 hours. We contacted them on the 17th again, again nobody could give us a answer. Each time they just amend the records on the computer and say that they will call us back. This is now the 20th of April - almost a month since we applied for the decoder. Still nothing nor a answer as to what is going on!!!
Absolutely pathetic service from Multichoice, but they are very fast to change you to debit order and cut your service when you do not pay!!!
I urge someone from Multichoice to dare contact me and explain this poor and useless service delivery!!!
