Dstv decided to disconnect my dstv after I did change my debit order dates? When today I phoned the call centre to find out what is happening they told me that still I am not on debit order, how is that possible!!!
Yesterday I received a message on my dstv to inform me that the debit order will go off by the 28th? That is what was agreed on and now all of the sudden there is no history? What the? Really you guys must appoint people in your call centre that can do the job not just be there for month end!!! This is really getting on my nerves!!!
