Complaint / review text:
Went to book tickets at the self service, machine did not work. No cashiers to help. Out of stock of Astros&wanted something else for it&was just told no. Asked for manager&was also just told no to the request. Went into Prestige to our seats&the one chair was compltly broken. Was told the manager would come to us but she didn't&we had to go looking for her. We were not offered a refund for the inconvenience. Just told to go to another cinema. We wanted to watch it at Prestige but ended up watching it at Imax because it was the same price&there were no other seats available in Prestige. The manager is rude&does not seem to know what she is doing. One of the other ladies helped us get a seat.
