Payment made no booking confirmation sent

Complaint / review text:
This morning I payed for two avengers iMax tickets for the 14.00 show tomorrow at gateway. I made payment I know it went through as I received notification via SMS from my bank showing the money had been paid. Problem is I recieved no booking SMS from ster kinekor so I have no reference I tried calling ster kinekor customer service and could not get through I'm pretty certain it's not because of high call volumes i believe due to it being a public holiday ster kinekor most likely had no one handling these types of calls, it's absolutely unacceptable. If I drive all the way to gateway tomorrow and my tickets are not there waiting for me only will save you Ster kinekor it's not my fault your app did not provide me with the booking confirmation for my tickets as I stated above I have proof from my side payment was made so ster kinekor where are my blady tickets??? And further more I better have the seat numbers I booked for I don't want any stories I booked great seat s etc
