Complaint / review text:
I have never come across a company with such bad customer service. This is my seventh attempt at getting a response. I mean how hard can it possibly be to say: "We are truly sorry that you had this experience we hope to see you at our cinema again." Looking at other complaints on HelloPeter I am not the only one with this problem. I guess if business is good, Ster-kinekor can't care less about anything else.
For more than a month I have logged 2 complaints on your website, contacted [email protected], posted on your Facebook wall, tweeted to you and this is my second complaint on HelloPeter. I am running out of means to contact you.
As I have said on the Facebook post, your client service is pathetic to say the least!
