Bought two tickets to the August 27,2008 Red Sox vs Yankees game through StubHub. Paid a premium for the tickets - over $600 each - since this was to be our one & only time to see a game at Yankee Stadium before its retirement. No problem getting the tickets. Everything was fine until we got to the game. Turns out the tickets were not on the same row. The ticket numbers were in sequence, so there was no way to tell that the tickets were not on the same row. There was no mention of this little fact on the StubHub site when I bought the tickets. Since the game was a sell out, had no option at the time, but to watch that once in a lifetime event sitting behind my wife. I contacted StubHub upon my return home. I didn't expect a whole lot, but thought they might at least offer to return their commission since they didn't live up to their stated guarantee. After numerous emails & a couple of calls, I gave up. They did apologize for any inconvenience, but they evidently have no idea of what customer satisfaction is. I'm surprised they are still in business. I can't say that I will never use their services again, but I will most definitely check out all their competitors first - ties will not go to StubHub.
