Complaint / review text:
I picked up two months ago that multichoice debited my account for double the amount they should have, and reported it to their xtra view offices, I was guaranteed the problem is sorted out and that the next month I would only pay in the differenceof about R100, no refund to me, so it left me out of pocket still.
The next month I did only pay the difference and thought the problem was resolved, only to find that the next month I was billed double the amount again, had to phone them once again spending more than an hour holding, and this time the lady apologized and told me the difference would be refunded to me within two days, well I never did get the refund up till today.
What infuriated me more is that I am expected to chase after them to try and claim my money back, instead of them having the decency to keep in contact with me...
I would like this matter to be sorted out once and for all, and would like my refund plus at least a months free subscription as this has happened twice now and both times I am out of pocket and needs to contact the call centre.
I have spent a fortune on my cell phone trying to even sort this out with them twice.
