I ordered the Aquamaze unit, installed it, and after a couple of months it failed and flooded my bathroom causing damage to the floor and subfloor in both the bathroom and adjoining hallway. I contacted Dewayne Tennent and explained the situation. He promised that another unit would be sent out and asked for the old unit back. I told him I'd send it when the new one came in so that I could return it in that box. I never received the unit, and have reached out with no reply many times. I am being ignored and would not trust this business to do the right thing by their customers. He admitted that the unit we were sold may have been faulty. Perhaps he would reply to a lawsuit for damages to my property! Very cleverly, no contact info is listed anywhere on the business page.
