On the 25/09/2014 at 11:00 am the alarm went off at my residential premises. When they called me to report the activation I asked them to inspect as I am at work. I called the domestic worker who was at home and told her to let ADT inspect the outside perimeter. A few minutes later ADT calls me back and says that everything seems fin but the security guard could not get access to the premises. I called my domestic worker and she told me that the security guard did not want to go into the premises because "he had another call". This was verified by my mother who was also at the premises. What is the point of ADT then? Unfortunately I have heard many of these types of complaints from friends in the same and other areas about ADT's poor service.
