Complaint / review text:
I booked a call-out to fix a faulty beam (a brand new beam by the way which have been faulty since installation).
My fianc? Took the day off work for this, but the technician just didn't pitch up, even after several calls to ask where he was
Following this I have been phoning ADT for the last 2 days trying to re-book an appointment as the beam is still not fixed. I have on 5 occasions been told that they cannot reach the co-ordinator but promised that I will be phoned back as soon as possible.
I have not been contacted at all and am getting nowhere by repeatedly phoning them.
Get your customer services sorted out, phone me back, and fix the beam for which I paid a large sum of money!
