It took Tracker 28 days to install my device!
I'm pretty sure it won't take the 28 days to process my debit order!
With things in our country these days, most insurance companies want some or other tracking device installed in your vehicle. And unless it's installed your vehicle is not covered! So it's important to know that if my vehicle was within this 28 day period, my insurance wouldn't have paid out!!!
I phoned Tracker 3 times and they said they'll call me back and it never happend!
I rated the service I received from Tracker via an email they sent (needless to say the rating was BAD)
On the 30th of Oct Trackers call centre called me in connection with the bad rating (take note: they can call the check on a rating but not to get a device installed).
This started 7 of Oct and was finally fitted 3 Nov, but not without hiccups!
What bothers me the most is, that if this is the kind of service you get for installation, what is going to happen if my vehicle actually gets or hi-jacked?
I'm absolutely disappointed and discussed with the service I received from Tracker!
