I cancelled my tracker with CarTrack and I was charged an amount of R1700 which I was willing to pay back in several installments. On Wednesday morning, I paid the last portion of the amount and I requested for a letter stating that they have received the proof of payment or the cash I deposited and to date I have received no response. My problem is about 3 separate agents could not wait for the month to end so that they all send me an email reminding me to make payments. Now when I sent an email to all three of them, no one even bothered to reply, not even their team leader. I get the fact that it's their job to remind people but for common courtesy, replying to an email makes business sense, let alone the fact that I left them several telephone messages requesting for a call back and to date, I have received no response. And by response, I don't expect them to tell me that the amount has reflected yet on their systems, just a feedback to say they did receive the proof of payment and they will send the letter stating that I have fully paid the amount due and Seemingly I'm asking for too much to ask for, Thanks for nothing!!!
