I have sent an email on 30/09/2014 14:20 which reads as follow: "I would like to be contacted in connection with my contact details. I would like ADT to contact me and verify if they have my contact details because I keep getting messages on my "work phone" about alarm activation. I don't get called on my cell phone instead when I get to the office I get voice messages that ADT called at 03:22 am. I don't stay or sleep at work... So please somebody contact me and make sure you get the right details because I'm sure I gave the right ones because I never used to get such problems." End of e-mail. Even till today i have not been contacted about this and recently i also got a message on my work phone for an alarm activation around 05:40 am. When ADT wants you to get a contract with them, you get contacted without any problem but now that i am their costomer its like they dont care anymore... As long as they are getting their monthly debits they dont want to know about anything else. This is a simple issue of communication. The question for them is when did my contact details have any descrepancies? Because i never used to have such problems and now i get messages on my work phone.
