I have signed a debit order contract, letting Netstar to debit my bank account monthly for my monthly billing so I don't have to worry about forgetting to make a payment or not making a payment.
They had a system problem; as a customer I should be notified that about system problem so I can make alternative payment but in this case I was not informed. Only in February 2014 they took a debit order for 3 months which they were not debitting.
We sign debit order so we don't have to be in arrears and have peace of mind of worries.
I was happy with the service Altech Netstar has provided me, but it has come to an end whereas we have to depart due to miscommunication with a person that thinks they know better and not look at things from the client prospective.
