Altech Netstar must have the worlds record for poor service, I have been trying to change my banking details with Altech Netstar from March this year for my Debit Order. So they delete my old account and don't upload the new account details. Then I get harassed by their legal department for non-payment, which I promptly authorise payment and they take their money but still don't change debit order details. So I think to myself how will this company that can't get a debit order right, possibly find my vehicle if it has been, so I try to cancel my Netstar subscription. Then try getting through to their call centre on 011 207 5000, you finally get through and the account is in legal status so only the Legal department can assist you, but they never answer the phone even when you call directly on 011 207 5431. So now I can't cancel the service (even tried via e-mail) the netstar unit in my vehicle only drains the battery, I have to pay R550 to have it removed, but the account keeps on growing each month as they don't debit my account. Altech Netstar please get a clue on Customer Service.
