Complaint / review text:
On the 10th February i received a call from ADT around 17h00 confirming that my alarm was on. I was 5 minute to get to the my house and no one came, the response guy arrived at 19h04 and left stating that failed to go in the premises due to pallisade fence and confirmed the door was openned. He left a note with response number: 650184. The funny part about this ordeal is that he is aware that the premises has a key pad installed and he left the site with the door openned. The control room call and i spoke to the manager Mr Pillay who advised that he will send a site manager Mr Dibe who till today failed to come. Only the response guy came again and not the Manager. I further received a call from Mr Dibe who promised to come to my premises the 11th February and till today i have not seen or heard anything from him with his findings. I took a reference for the call with Mr Pillay being 117824C and Mr Dibe promised to give me same as well at 20h54 when the call ended. ADT promises to response within 5 minutes but they responsed in 2 hours and I need my money back as this is breach of contract and i want to move to another company who will give me better service.
