Complaint / review text:
I called Tracker on the 13th. 03.2015 at around 05H20 to report my vehicle and was told that my device has been activated. For the first 5 days, I have been receiving messages that my vehicle hasn't been found. The day that I took this cover with them, their consultant told me that they have 99.9999 percent of recovering their client's vehicle after being. I then asked the consultant what happens if they do not recover my vehicle after being and he said they will pay me the value of my car. He even told me the value of my car during that time. I didn't insure my vehicle because I knew that I do not drive it more often and thought if it gets, it will be found since this tracker has 99.9999% of recovering it.
On the 26th I received a call from tracker and the lady advised that she wants to install a new tracking devise onto my vehicle. I then told her that my car was and has been reported to tracker. She then transferred me to the Manager called Fabian, who told me that he'll take responsibility but still nothing has been done.
I requested a sales call by the time I took cover with them and no one seems to be interested. I'm really disappointed.
