I had a car insurance with First For Woman and their premium included the Altech Netsar premium.in December 2013 I cancelled my insurance with First For Woman and called the Altech Netstar to inform them of this and requested that they debit my account directly and I gave them my account number and debit order date. My account was not debited and I contacted Altech Netstar several times and even send them emails to request them to debit but they did not. Only today, the 01/07/2014 I receive a call from Sibusiso Mbatha the credit controller that my account is on areas and I need to settle it in 24 hours. I have asked him who's fault is it if they were unable to debit my account and why am I only notified when the account is on areas and he does not give me a valid answer. I also spoke to his Senior Manager Deshni Pillay, she does not give me a sensible answer as well. Only when I tell them to terminate my contract, then they activate the debit order and tell me that they will be able to debit my account. I have experienced such a pathetic service with Altech Netstar that I would not recommend their service to anyone.
