Complaint / review text:
I bought a new Range Rover Sport in March this year, which came pre-installed with an Altech Netstar tracking unit. Completed all the forms to have the unit activated. No debit order ever came off my account. Phoned monthly only to get message call centre is too busy and must send an email to customer service. After numerous emails still no reply 4 months later.
Are they not interested in having clients or what?
