Failing to re install tracker device in vehicle

Hi

I am a Client from Tracker. I purchased a new vehicle. The tracking device needed to be taken out of the old vehicle and installed in new vehicle. Device removed from old vehicle but not installed in new vehicle.

Had contacted them on various occasions just no call back.

The poorest response ever from a Company.
