Complaint / review text:
I emailed their customer care on 7 July 2014 advising the vehicle was sold and requesting cancellation of the tracking device.
I only received a response on 11 July 2014 confirming a settlement fee of R725 is payable.
I called the lady shortly thereafter and asked why as according to my knowledge my 24 month agreement has lapsed. She confirmed per their system I signed a 36 month agreement. I requested a copy of the agreement as I usualy only sign 2 year agreements with tracking companies.
She confirmed she will request same.
On 17 July 2014 I sent a follow up email and copied the area manager, Mr. Jeremy Burnard on the email.
Another consultant, this time from retentions, emailed me to advise, again of the settlement fee. I advised, again per the previous emails that I dispute same and request a copy of the agreement.
It has been 16 days since my request and I have not received any positive fedback herein.
I need a copy of the agreement they wish to hold me to!
