When I bought my Toyota Etios I was offered a Altech Netstar Tracker for R115 per month; which I thought at the time was a good offer but since then I have decided not to take up the offer anymore and have sent a cancellation letter to Altech Netstar, because of my unhappiness with their service. And even after numerous calls to the call centre to confirm the correction, Altech Netstar has tried numerous times to deduct the monthly premium and has caused fees from my bank for unpaid debits which also affected my account record with the bank. The debit order was for R280 which is not what I agreed to, this is such an easy thing for Netstar to correct but due to their inefficiency from their staff it is still not finalized and another amount of more than R1000 has been taken today from my salary as it is my payday. This is unacceptable!
