Complaint / review text:
I bought the Cerruti Women's Watch RM689 last 3 months (9 May 2014) and the item suppose to be delivered by within 7days after purchased. But till today, I have yet to receive my item and when i email CRM, the answer is:"There seems to be an issue that I can't help fast enough with. However, I am escalating this matter as urgent to our Refunds Escalations Team. We are sorry we could not provide the service to you as promised and a refund is the best solution at the moment. Could you please let us know your banking details as well as the account name so that we may process this immediately."
After I sent my bank detail to them but no respond. I resend again their also don't reply.
I sent the email again then Grace (staff name) said have forwarded my email to finance department to double check on the refund status and will update once they receive update with proof of refund, but till today I didn't received yet. I want to contact them again, but the line always busy. Why their services so bad.
